These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AdSnap LLC, doing business as Coattail ("Coattail," "we," "our," or "us"), governing your access to and use of the Coattail mobile application, website, and all related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. The Service is intended for use in the United States.
Coattail is an information aggregation platform that compiles and displays publicly available data from multiple sources, including:
Important data limitations: STOCK Act disclosures may be filed up to 45 days after a transaction. 13F filings are quarterly snapshots, due up to 45 days after quarter-end. Short interest is reported twice monthly. By the time information appears on the Service, market conditions may have changed materially.

The Service, including its features, design, and functionality, is owned by AdSnap LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Coattail name, logo, and brand elements are trademarks of AdSnap LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services, including financial data providers and brokerage platforms. We are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, or terms.
Coattail Pro is an automatically renewing subscription offered through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The price, billing period, trial length, and renewal terms shown in the purchase interface before you confirm control your purchase. If a free trial is offered, it automatically converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel through the applicable app store before the trial ends. Trial eligibility is determined by the app store and may be limited to eligible first-time subscribers.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple or Google account settings. Deleting Coattail or deleting your Coattail account does not automatically cancel an app-store subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless the app store states otherwise. Billing, refunds, and purchase disputes are administered under the applicable app store's rules.

Coattail is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. No fiduciary relationship exists between Coattail and any user. We do not recommend, endorse, or suggest any securities or investment strategies.
Past performance of any investor or strategy reflected on the Service is not indicative of future results. The Coattail Score and similar metrics are based on historical data and are not predictive of future performance.

Coattail is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, the U.S. Congress, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, or any other government agency or regulatory body. The presence of a public official or institution's disclosed data on the Service does not imply any endorsement, affiliation, or approval by that official or institution.
Coattail is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, custodian, exchange, clearing firm, or transfer agent. Brokerage authentication, account data access, and order transmission are provided by third parties, including SnapTrade, Plaid, and your selected brokerage. Your use of those services is also governed by their terms, privacy policies, account agreements, and eligibility requirements.
Where supported, Coattail allows you to prepare and submit an order instruction through SnapTrade to an eligible brokerage account. Coattail does not execute, clear, settle, or custody trades or assets. Your brokerage controls trading permissions, buying power, accepted order types, execution, clearing, settlement, fees, and custody.
No order is submitted until you explicitly confirm it on the review screen. Before confirming, you must verify the security, brokerage account, buy or sell side, quantity, order type, time in force, and any displayed price or fee estimate. Submission or brokerage acceptance does not guarantee execution. An order may remain pending, be rejected, expire, be canceled, be partially filled, or fill at a price different from an estimate. If an order's status is uncertain, check Coattail Order History and your brokerage before submitting another order.
Trading availability varies by brokerage, account, security, jurisdiction, market status, and technical availability. Coattail may limit supported security classes and order choices. Coattail intelligence, alerts, disclosures, scores, and investor activity do not constitute a recommendation to place or copy any trade.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COATTAIL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING INVESTMENT LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR RELIANCE ON INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE. COATTAIL'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS OR $100.00.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Coattail, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or fees arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Service, or your violation of any applicable law.
Before initiating formal proceedings, contact us at [email protected] to attempt informal resolution. If unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules in Delaware. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
